We’ve launched a new license validation system for Rocket LMS v2 or above to improve product activation, domain management, and support access.
To avoid any disruption after updating your website to version 2, you must register all your licenses in the CRM and assign the domain for each.
✅ How to Assign a Domain to Each License:
⚠️ Your license will only work on the registered domain.
You can repeat this process for each license to ensure everything is ready before upgrading your website to v2.
⚙️ New Requirement: ionCube Extension
Rocket LMS v2 requires this extension. Therefore, your server must have the ionCube loader PHP extension installed and enabled.
To install or activate ionCube, please contact your hosting provider. It’s a standard extension and most hosting services can enable it quickly upon request.
By completing the steps above, you will ensure a smooth transition to Rocket LMS v2 and prevent any licensing or compatibility issues.
